To add a director in a private LTD company is required the following document are required:
1.Director Identification Number (DIN): The proposed Director must obtain a DIN from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) by submitting an application along with the necessary documents.
2. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): The proposed Director must obtain a DSC, which can use to sign and file electronic documents with the MCA.

3. Consent letter: The proposed Director must provide a consent letter to act as a Director of the company.
4. Board resolution: The Board of Directors of the Private Limited Company must pass a resolution to appoint the proposed Director. A copy of the resolution must file with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
5. Form DIR-2: The proposed Director must submit Form DIR-2 to the company, which includes details such as name, address and occupation.
6. Form DIR-8: The proposed Director must also submit Form DIR-8, which includes a declaration that he/she does not disqualify to act as a Director under the Companies Act, 2013.
