In the case of male members, coparcenary rights are crucial. Coparcenary refers to the joint ownership of ancestral property by male members of the HUF. Male coparceners have certain rights over the ancestral property, including the right to use, enjoy, and alienate it.
Intent to Form HUF:
There should be a clear intent among family members to form and maintain the HUF structure. This can be demonstrate through joint management of assets, collective decision-making, and adherence to customs and traditions associated with the HUF.
