How can I change address in NPS account
To change the address in your NPS (National Pension System) account, you can follow the below steps:
Visit the official NPS website (eNPS – National Pension System) and log in to your account using your PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number) and password.
navigate to the “Update Details” tab on the top menu of the official NPS website and select “Contact Details” from the dropdown menu.

On the next page, select the option to update your address and fill in the new address details.
Upload a self-attested copy of your address proof document (such as Aadhaar card, passport, or driving license) and submit the request.
Once the request has submitted, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP on the website to authenticate the request.
After successful authentication, your address will be updated in the NPS database.
Alternatively, you can also update your address by submitting a physical form to the nearest Point of Presence (PoP) or NPS office along with a self-attested copy of your address proof document. The PoP or NPS office will verify the documents and update your address in the NPS database.
